Montana Title Assistance provides independent vehicle title-assistance and coordination services.

We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or part of the Montana Motor Vehicle Division, any county treasurer’s office, or any other government agency.

For questions, service requests, document-delivery concerns, cancellations, refunds, or privacy requests, contact us by email:

You may also submit an initial request through the “Tell Us About Your Vehicle” form on our website.

Please include your name, vehicle year, make and model, current title status, state where the vehicle is located, and a brief explanation of the assistance requested.

Do not submit Social Security numbers, complete payment-card numbers, banking passwords, or other unnecessary sensitive information through email or the website’s general contact form.

RESPONSE TIMES

We aim to respond within two business days. Response times may be longer on weekends, holidays, or during periods of unusually high demand.

INDEPENDENT SERVICE NOTICE

Montana Title Assistance does not issue titles, registrations, license plates, permits, or government documents. Government agencies and independent service providers determine eligibility, fees, requirements, processing times, and final outcomes.
